Course overview

The Payroll Manager programme prepares specialists in the production, monitoring and analysis of payroll, as well as the management of social data, in compliance with social regulations, labour law and collective bargaining agreements.

The Payroll Manager plays a key role within a company, a chartered accountancy firm or a payroll services provider. They safeguard the accuracy of pay slips, regulatory compliance and the confidentiality of social data.

Block 1 – Carry out the administrative and legal management and presentation of pay slips

  • Process information to determine gross remuneration
  • Ensure the accurate calculation of social contributions in payroll
  • Process information affecting net remuneration

Block 2 – Process payroll events relating to professional life

  • Assess specific events related to working time
  • Manage legal and social information upon departure
  • Check data from payroll processing

Training arrangements

  • Apprenticeship (12 months) — Rhythm: 3 weeks in company / 1 week at the training centre
  • Continuing education (5 months) — Intensive programme with a mandatory 6-week placement in a company

  • Level 4 recommended (accounting, management or HR)
  • Foundations in labour law and administrative management
  • Interest in figures, regulations and confidentiality
